DEPOSIT 

In order to book you will have to deposit an amount depending on your service. The deposit is non-refundable & will be deducted from the total price on the day of your appointment. 

CANCELLATION

A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

A minimum 24HR cancellation notice is required by phone or message. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the total service booked.

LATE ARRIVAL

We can only perform services within your original plotted appointment time. However, you will be responsible to pay for the entire session or you can reschedule with 50% of the service fee will be applied.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for services. If you are not satisfied, please contact me and I will be happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EYELASHES ARE CLEAN

AND FREE OF MASCARA AND MAKEUP. THE CLEANER YOUR LASHES ARE,

THE LONGER THE EXTENSIONS WILL LAST.

BE READY TO LAY BACK AND RELAX FOR 3 HOURS YOU ARE WELCOME TO TAKE A NAP
